They're so gorgeous! What program do you use, because I have no idea how anyone can make icons so good... o.o I'm so bad at it!

Is it alright if I use the icon of Richard on the left (in the middle row)?

Yes, you can use both the Mann gegen mann and the Richard icon as long as you credit properly.
I use adobe photoshop. Specifically for these ones, it's Photosop 7.
